The Sevylor Rio is a popular multi-use single person inflatable canoe. It is ideally suited to cruising along rivers, exploring calm coastal waters, fun at the beach and even fishing.

The Sevylor Rio solo canoe is best paddled with a double ended kayak paddle, but can also be paddled with a single blade canoe paddle, which means the whole family can enjoy paddling in different places, making the Rio a very versatile inflatable. We recommend that you wear suitable buoyancy aids when paddling - see our accessory pages (menu, left) for more details.

The Rio is supplied with a comfortable sturdy backrest with an inflatable base, a mesh bag for keeping your kit secure in the back of the canoe and it all packs away in a drawstring carry bag. The Rio also has directional strakes on the hull and a removeable skeg to help you keep it under control. The Rio is constructed using removeable side air chambers and a double I-beam floor for added rigidity. The canoe is fully covered with durable materials to protect the air chambers. The Sevylor Rio is easily inflated using a footpump or handpump, and comes with a valve to ensure it is inflated to the proper pressure.
