Delivery Information

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Kayaks, Canoes & Equipment orders are sent via courier on a next working day service. Small items (parts, spares etc.) are normally sent by 1st Class Recorded Post, with a 1-2 working day delivery estimate. All orders are sent by recorded delivery. Someone will need to be at the delivery address to receive, check and sign for the delivery. Online orders can be tracked online using the couriers website and tracking details for your order will be provided.

Delivery times are estimates based on years of experience - we do not offer a guaranteed timed delivery service. Our next working day service works well for the more densely populated areas of the UK, however more remote and less densely populated areas are unlikely to be covered by a next day service. Delivery of large bulky items is classed as “ugly freight” because mechanical handling and automatic parcel processing cannot be used, therefore a delivery time of 3-5 working days is more realistic. For remote locations, the delivery time will be dependent on the local couriers ability to onward ship the goods. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales.

STOCK LEVELS

We stock a huge range of products all year round. Occasionally a specific product or colour may be unavailable due to delays in production from the manufacturers. We will always advise you of any delay before processing your order.

NATIONWIDE CLICK-N-COLLECT

We offer a free click and collect service from any of our nationwide stores. Simply place your order online selecting the 'collect' option in the delivery region selector and we'll contact you to arrange collection at your convenience. See the locations of our roof rack stores by clicking here.
