The Quessy Aspen has a blade shape known as ‘Square-Tipped’ and is widely considered to be amongst the best general purpose canoe paddle shapes available. Well suited for beginners and on all water types, including on shallow rivers, deep water lakes and casual days out. The paddle has been fully varnished and given a protective resin tip to the blade, making it strong, durable and protested from the elements.
